Alaska Aviation Heritage Museum Display Hangar, 2001-2002
We worked with the Alaska Aviation Heritage Museum for several years to develop a hangar that can also be used for display of artifacts and aircraft exhibits, as well as conference facilities, archive storage, administrative offices, and a gift shop. With financial assistance from the Rasmussen Foundation, the facility became a reality in the spring of 2002. The team consisted of Orrin Seybert and Dee Hanson, owners (representing the museum board), Steve Fishback of ECI-Hyer Architects, Enterprise Engineering, BC Excavating, H&K Sheet Metal Fabricators, and Arctic Lights Electric. It should be noted that as a public service ECI-Hyer donated their entire scope of services, and Criterion has donated their profit back into the project.
