Conoco Phillips Alaska, Inc. (Formerly Phillips Alaska Inc., and formerly ARCO Alaska Inc.) Tenant Improvements and General Maintenance, Anchorage Facilities, 1998-present

In 1997, ARCO approached Criterion for competitive bids on three tenant improvement projects in the ANO Tower. Criterion submitted the low bid on two of these projects, the ANO 9-Story Fitness center and the ANO 3rd Floor Tenant Improvement (for the Alpine Field). Both projects were completed successfully in 1998.

We have since performed in excess of $6 million in tenant improvement and maintenance construction in the facility, including leased facilities for KPMG, the Regulatory Commission of Alaska, fifteen floors of finishes replacement, the Alaska Club tenant improvement, and the replacement of a large portion of the main plaza with a snow-melt system under exposed aggregate concrete.
