Denali Gymnastics

We were approached by a long time Valley business, Denali Gymnastics. They had outgrown their existing space and were unable to find anything existing on the market that fit their needs. They approached Criterion with some very specific space requirements and a limited budget. We were able to find a piece of property that provided the exposure that they were looking for. From there we worked with Cole and Thompson architects to come up with a design that provided all of the interior components that they required and a could be squeezed into the budget. The project was then scheduled to be open for the beginning of school in the fall. The project was completed on time and on budget. Project size 20,000sf Project budget $1,600,000.00 Completed September 2003.
