Women's Clinic & Birth Center

Women's Clinic & Birth Center, Anchorage 2015

This project was a 2,538 sq. ft., birth center & women’s care tenant improvement located on the 1st floor of a busy medical office building in mid-town Anchorage.

Project included abatement, all new walls, finishes, ceilings, flooring, mechanical HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler fire protection, electrical, data & communication.

This project was started in June 2015 and was completed on-time August 2015. The project was completed in 3 phases while the women’s care operated normal business hours and operations.

Architects and Engineers include, WilmWorks, Architect, Uni-Group Engineers, EIC Engineers 

Other team mates include: Alaska Interior Specialties, Chinook Fire Protection, Lyn Enterprises, and Satori Group.

Anchorage Medical Suite TI

Anchorage Medical Suite TI , Anchorage 2016

A 7,825 sq. ft. complete build out of a shell for the AA Spine and Pain Clinic’s new location located at Alaska Regional Hospital.  Facility includes day surgery rooms, exam rooms, doctor’s offices, and lead lined exam rooms for special procedures.  As part of the project we provided all new custom casework and sliding glass.

We were asked to participate in a competitive bid in June of 2016.  Criterion General was successfully awarded in June 2016 and work began in June 2016.

The project was brought to a close September 1, 2016.

Denali OB-GYN Clinic

Denali OB-GYN Clinic, Anchorage 2016

This is a full floor 11,863 sq. ft. tenant improvement to the 3rd floor of the new APU Medical Office Building located on the Alaska Pacific University Campus in Anchorage.

We were asked to participate as design build team member from the concept phase, throughout the design-development, cost-development stages and construction phase.  The team consisted of Pfeffer Development, RIM Design, design build subcontractors included General Mechanical, Inc. and Alcan Electric, Inc. teaming with T3 Alaska, LLC.

We began site-work for the APU Medical Office Building in March 2016 and completed in December 2016. The Denali OB-GYN tenant improvement projects framing began in August 2016 and was completed in December 2016. The project included 24 nurses stations, 20 exam rooms, 2 specialty exams, 2 ultrasound rooms, NST room, lab, sterilization, conference room, breakroom and energy efficient mechanical and electric systems.

Other major team mates include: Chinook Fire Protection, Commercial Contractors, and Rep Tile.

APU Medical Office Building

APU Medical Office Building, Anchorage 2016

This is a three story 34,295 sq. ft. structural steel brace frame core & shell building located on the Alaska Pacific University Campus in Anchorage.

We were asked to participate as design build team member from the concept phase, throughout the design-development, cost-development stages and construction phase.  The team consisted of Pfeffer Development, kpb Architects, DOWL Engineering, Reid Middleton, Inc., design build subcontractors included General Mechanical, Inc. and Alcan Electric, Inc. teaming with T3 Alaska, LLC.

We began site-work in March 2016 and completed the project on schedule in December 2016.  The project included a nicely landscaped site with heated sidewalks, high performance energy efficient exterior glass, exterior terracotta wall panels, two elevators, and energy efficient mechanical and electric systems.

Women's Care of Alaska

Women's Care of Alaska, Anchorage 2016

This is a 6,446 sq. ft. tenant improvement located in and existing medical office building in Anchorage, Alaska. The facility included 11 exam rooms, reception / waiting room, nurses station lab and doctors private offices.

We were asked to participate in a competitive bid in September 2015.  Criterion General was awarded the project in September 2015 and work began in October 2015.  The design team consisted McCool Carlson Green  Architects and RSA Engineering.

We began work in October 2015 with the owner expecting to take occupancy at the end of January, 2016. The project included metal stud framed walls, pocket doors, custom casework, acoustical wall panels, Skyline decorative glass, all new LED lighting and mechanical.

 

Fairbanks Ambulatory Center

Fairbanks Ambulatory Surgical Center:

This is a 42,000 square foot steel frame day surgery center and medical office building located in Fairbanks.  We began negotiations with the owner in August, 2009, were awarded the contract in October, 2009 based on 20% design-development drawings, developed the design with our team over the winter of 2009-2010, began construction in May, 2010 completed the project on schedule at the end of October, 2010.  The contract value was set and we worked very closely with the design team and our subcontractors to control costs during design development and construction.

Neuroscience Medical Center

Valley Neuroscience Medical Clinic, Anchorage 2010

This is a single story 5,600 square foot wood frame building located in Wasilla, Anchorage.

This was a design build project teaming with Cole & Thompson Architects, Franklin & Associates, Enterprise Engineering, and design build mechanical and electrical with Slayden Plumbing & Heating and Clemens Electric with EIC Engineers.

We began sitework in July 2010 with the owner taking occupancy in December 2010. The project included all utility line extensions, concrete foundation, wood frame structure with log post and beam entry, composite roof shingle, exterior wood siding and rock cladding and energy efficient mechanical and electric systems. Special features of this project included incorporating renewable energy solar panels and a solar thermal water heater. This project also included an imaging suite housing a 1.5T MRI.
