Oil & Gas Tenant Improvements
Baxter Senior Living
This was a new Design-Assist, 87,000 sf, 116 bed, three-story assisted living facility. This new building consists of memory care units, assisted and independent living units along with auxiliary support spaces including: class rooms, art studio, fitness room, movie theater, bar and bistro.
We began site-work May 2017, and completed this September of 2019.
