Zachary Packard

Hi, I’m Zachary Packard a Superintendent here at Criterion. I'm responsible for day-to-day operations on the job site., scheduling, coordinating sub constructors, and overall job site safety.

What led you to join the Criterion team?

I worked a summer as a laborer after my junior year of high school and fell in love with the trade. I came back after graduating and haven’t looked back since.

What is your favorite part about your position at Criterion?

The ability to grow within my position, learning new things on every job, and facing and overcoming new challenges.

What’s the best piece of advice anyone has given you?

The best advice that has stuck with me is to plan ahead. Always have a plan and a backup plan, you never want to hear your superintendent say “I don’t know”.
