Mt. Mckinley Princess Wilderness Lodge Restaurant.

This project is worth mentioning in that we had originally priced 35% drawings in October, 2006 and the cost was well over the owner’s budget. The restaurant needed to be open by May, 2007 in time for the tour season. Working with the design team, we were able to redesign the structural system and simultaneously began constructing the building with 8-1/2” x 11” paper sheets. We were able to complete the building through the winter on time and with over 25% savings on the original estimate.

Glacier Brewhouse.

The majority of this project took just about 3 weeks, and the restaurant was closed for two weeks while our guys worked around the clock to make several modern upgrades to the highly popular downtown hot spot. Our scope of work included remodeling the bathrooms, restaurant, kitchen and bar.
