Glacier Park Apartment Renovation.
This renovation of 24 units included a comprehensive remodel of the interior and exterior. The interior enhancements included: new bath and kitchen appliances and cabinets; new flooring and paint; and new interior doors, hardware, windows and blinds. The site and exterior enhancements includes new entryways, new driveway, sidewalks, new trash enclosure, renovated tenant storage rooms, new covered playground, and improved landscaping and drainage.
Work began September, 2016 and was completed by July, 2017. Glacier Park Apartments is a 24 unit complex that offers one and two bedroom units that cater to families.
The development team consisted of Cordes Development 2, LLC, BDS Architects and North Star Management, Inc.
Baxter Senior Living.
This was a new Design-Assist, 87,000 sf, 116 bed, three-story assisted living facility. This new building consists of memory care units, assisted and independent living units along with auxiliary support spaces including: class rooms, art studio, fitness room, movie theater, bar and bistro.
We began site-work May 2017, and completed this September of 2019.
Cordova Mews Apartments.
This is a 22-unit complex that offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units that cater to families, and disabled tenants.
This renovation included a comprehensive re-model of the interior, which included: new bath and kitchen appliances and cabinets; new flooring and paint; and new interior doors, hardware, windows and blinds. There was a significant upgrade in energy efficiency, which targeted to reduce energy by 30 percent. The site and exterior enhancements included new siding and roof, enhanced accessible playground and office, new driveway and sidewalks, new tenant storage rooms, and improved landscaping and drainage.
We began the renovation process in January 2016 and was completed September 2016. The development team consisted of Cordes Development 2, LLC, and BDS Architects.
Arctic Oilfield Hotel
The New Arctic Oilfield Hotel Project was a 126,907 sq. ft. modular man camp for CH2M that was constructed in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska in 2016. The New Arctic Oilfield Hotel includes 452 single occupancy rooms to house personnel for North Slope operations. The camp also consists of 154 modular units that were fabricated in Anchorage and trucked to Prudhoe Bay for construction. Some of the unique features of this project are steel pilings, laundry facilities, lockers, gym, dining area, full service kitchen, and entertainment facilities, and an upgrade of the existing waste water and fire water facility. The project began in January 2016 and was completed September of 2016.
